Hi, I’m May — the founder of Blended Bookkeeping LLC, a virtual bookkeeping firm dedicated to helping businesses gain clarity and confidence in their finances.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in accounting, I specialize in accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations. I hold both a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Master’s in Professional Accounting, and I bring a deep understanding of financial operations to every client relationship.

 

I started Blended Bookkeeping as a mom who was determined to grow a meaningful professional career while being present for my family. Building this business allowed me to blend my two worlds — professional excellence and personal purpose — which is what inspired the name.

 

At the heart of Blended Bookkeeping are my core values: integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I’m passionate about helping business owners understand the story behind their numbers and empowering them to make informed decisions with accurate, timely financial data.

 

What makes my business unique is the personal commitment I bring to each client — not just as a service provider, but as a true partner who understands the importance of trust, flexibility, and care.

 

When I’m not working, I’m with my partner, our two amazing sons, and our two dogs. We love movie nights and going on adventures together.
